Week of October 4: claims check the client's sex

Insurance claims now need the client's sex before they're created, so a claim no longer goes out with it blank.

  • Claims need the client's sex. Payers accept only Male or Female, so a claim is no longer created without it. If it's missing, you're told where to add it: the client's profile, or the policyholder in the client's insurance details when someone else holds the policy. Before, the claim went out with the sex blank and some payers rejected it. Sex can differ from gender identity, which has its own field. Filing claims.
