Week of September 27: import from any EHR

Coming from an EHR we don't import automatically? You can now upload its export on the EHR Import page.

New

  • Import from another EHR. Under Settings, EHR Import, choose Another EHR, type the name of the system you're leaving (My Clients Plus, TheraNest or any other), and upload what it can export: a client spreadsheet, an appointments report, and notes as PDFs. Spreadsheets, PDFs, Word files, images and .zip files are accepted, up to 500 files at once. Your files are stored securely, and our team imports them for you and emails you when your clients are in. Emailing your files to support still works too. How it works.
