Your appointments can now show up in Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app that takes a subscription link. Session recordings now warn you before uploading silence and ask before running on past a session's end. Clinicians with full client list access read every note but change only their own, and the clinician levels have clearer names.
Progress note templates can now include checkboxes and dropdowns you fill in as a form, your Subscription page shows the bill before it's charged, and insurance coverage can re-verify itself automatically.
Typing your session notes now gets the same AI help as dictating them, assessments can go out in the bulk Share documents wizard, and you can now bring your clients over from Sessions Health.
A small escape hatch that respects how you actually work.
Your built-in Sample Client can now rehearse real workflows end to end.
Therapy groups went from missing to fully supported — schedule, notes, billing, telehealth, and claims — in one program.

Infrastructure week: the payer directory, recording resilience, and a long list of accuracy fixes across analytics and booking.
The biggest week in the changelog so far: e-filing went live end-to-end and measurement-based care arrived.
